 Maple Syrup  4 gallons

 Mulberries 4 gallons, 1 quart

Strawberries 1/2 gallon, 11 jars sliced in honey

Blackcaps 2 quarts

garlic scape pesto  7 containers 

Garlic scapes 5 bags

Bing Cherries 2 gallons

Blackcap & Mulberry jam 2 jars

Mulberry jam 8 jars 

Garlic dill pickles 9 quarts

Pickled scapes 5 quarts

pickled cherries 2 pints

pickled blueberries 2 pints, 1 half pint

carrots 14 quarts

roasted pasta sauce 29 quarts, 1 pint

applesauce 78 quarts

pear topping 14 pints

peach topping 9 pints

salsa 6 quarts, 1 pint

pear chocolate jam 6 half pints

pizza sauce 8 pints, 1 half pint

zucchini relish 9 pints

stewed tomatoes 3 pints

AIP salted caramel peach 6 half pints

green beans 2 quart

pears 6 quarts

pear cranberry topping 5 pints

 

Got 1/4 steer from Wundrows and 2 1/2 hogs from Ibelings  (1/2 boar, 1/2 regular)
